World Auction is led by pioneers of the real estate auction process in the USA and is chartered as the international arm of US Auctions founded over 30 years ago. Auction ONE, Limited and World Auction Alliance CEO, Graham Kretchman, has established a preferred method of buying and selling real estate. The company can be traced back to Don Hannah who founded US Auction which he later joint ventured to create Merrill Lynch Auction Division. The venture established a national auction division in the company headquarters in Stamford, CT, focusing on auction sales of residential and commercial properties. They expanded nationally through strategic growth and the Merrill Lynch division was later sold to Prudential Realty. Total auction results exceeded 2000 real estate unit sales and revenue over 1 Billion USD adjusted.

Mr. Kretchman and Mr. Hannah and members of the World Auction team now act to both pioneer and lead “event auction” marketing in Asia with our proprietary multilingual mobile bidding and auction streaming software technology.
